What this sets up

✓A build form on a link you own. Open it, share the link, and anyone signed in with Twitch can send you a build.
✓One question you choose, like "send me your spiciest Blight builds", shown to everyone who opens the form.
✓An inbox at /builds/submissions where you read each build, leave yourself a private note, and archive it when it's played.
✓One-time invites for specific people. Hand them out privately, or sell them as a channel-point reward. An invite works even while your form is closed.
